Title: A little problem with sitemap plugin (does not index all url)
Post by: mantas on November 01, 2013, 02:52:00 pm: I have installed sitemap generator plugin. After instalation pressed "generate sitemap" via dashboard
created http://www.mywebsite.com/sitemap.xml and submitted to google webmaster tools. Next I am making try sitemap and getting result 64

Another try was via url http://www.web-site-map.com/ which generated almost 300 url

Why it is so big difference between url's count? I want my web to be good indexed. Could anyone explain?

Hi I have not tried new one.
Connected to admin panel, genereted sitemap again and resubmited to webmaster tools, two days after I saw more results. Maybe I will try new plugin...

We have once used sitemap-xml site for our classified website and it was limited for 500 links but then we switched to other which offered more than 2000 links. The website we used for is http://www.yachha.com (http://www.yachha.com). Yachha is Nepal’s local classified marketplace to buy-sell any new or used items like cars, furniture, motorcycles, camera, mobile phones,properties, find jobs and much more. People who want to sell things can simply post add at free of cost.

A sitemap has proved useless for a classified website.
