The Paypal plugin currently allows admin to charge for listings in certain categories. I have two suggestions to enhance the Paypal plugin. This might be coordinated with the "more edit" plugin as the "more edit" allows for setting max items per user per week/month:
SUGGESTION 1) Be able to set limits on the maximum number of active items per user and if user wants more items, they have to upgrade/pay for another max items paid option. For example, the osclass admin would allow up to 5 items for free. Then option #2 lets users pay $10.00/month (Paypal subscription) for being able to create up to active 25 items . Option #3 allows users to pay $25/month (Paypal subscription) for being able to create up to 100 active items. The users could easily upgrade/downgrade between packages depending on their needs.
SUGGESTION 2) Alternative option for admin -> Be able to set two different flat monthly subscription rates for users to either A) just view ads or B) view and/or post ads
