In some countries you can't use paypal, is it possible to add moneybookers payment available in the plugins?

I've just create this issue : https://github.com/osclass/osclass-plugins/issues/65 so you could follow the developmente there

hello guys we really want Moneybookers plugin because Paypal is also not support in India. please develop this plugin i hope you will publish this plugin very soon. thanks

Hello!!

I am working with the paypal plugin, my idea is add others paymment options in the same plugin. I am developing a moneybookers skrill support.
i will publish the code as opensource when i finish, so you can test and help me in devlopment.
