Image not uploaded

I was upload new ad to user side, image not uploaded every thing is working but image not uploaded, anybody please help me

make sure directory /oc-content/uploads/ is writable by the web server

go to /oc-content/uploads with your favorite FTP client and
change mod CHMOD to 705 or 755 or similar as long as write permission is given
