Plugin Builder

A plugin builder should be created or a way to build plugin though dreamweaver should be shown so that everyone can create plugins for osclassand the project develops alot

Hi hamzasiddiq1995,

I don't see how we could create a plugin builder, since every plugin could be very different. Also, I don't have access to Dreamweaver, so I can not investigate the issue further.
