Title: Geo filter - ads by region capability

Would be nice if option to have ads auto filtered to x-radius (x set by admin mi/km) to users detected location. User would not see any ads outside of specified region. Good for local focused ad boards. Otherwise, let offer a search filter of some kind to allow user to specify "only show ads within x mi/km of XYZ".

Do you mean using the GeoIP extension of the server

or the new capabilities of HTML 5 browsers?
