there is a problem with,
in admin panel items/settings when you disable the option
Only allow registered users to contact to seller in item page contact seller box disappears
becouse of this visitors asking their question from the contact link and sending the message to admin not to seller
as they use this link you don not know which item they are asking for...
my suggestion : in item page when you deactive registered users to contact seller contact box must not disaapear
it must be there something like redirect the visitor to login new user page when want sent the message
