Title: Plugin Hipay developpement

hello,

someone he can develop a plugin Hipay, because in fact I realize that paypal has a little monopoly, and they are more difficult for me, I just got to close my account without notice.
I do not want to be a prisoner of their system, like many of you I think.
so if anyone has one I devised at its disposal

Hi didier84,

You should contact HiPay, since I was unable to find any way to create a developer account or information about how to integrate it in Osclass. We're willing to collaborate with them, but there's no information available at the moment. That's why you should ask them for help.
