Title: Responsive Template support for mobile/gadgets/tablets

Is there any existing template or possible support in the future for OS class templates to be responsive/mobile-friendly? So users can view ads or post ads thru their phone/gadgets and still have a good user experience.

There is a mobile theme from what I saw.
