OS CLAss horrible support who have no clue what is happening

Big problem I am not able to change the setting in the theme I purchased, I have sent screen shots and explained my problem in detail, all the sections are overlapping, and its a pain contacting your support, if you cannot support then you should not market your product, your company ties up with so many amature people who are trying to steal money and offer no services...Its really upsetting and annoying...very very poor support...I have tied up with presta shop and implemented projects and they give me immaculate support even for smallest issues. Please try and improve your support positive response or in the least tell what is the issue and how it can be resolved.

I don't think osclass is responsible for support if theme devs are not giving support. First check that your messages are being sent to them properly (It's happen with me that I missed few emails of my client.) and try to call them. Tell them that you will give bad rating if they would not give proper support (If they do not reply).
Keep in mind osclass people have no way to know to judge developers without feedback. Also give your developer at-least 48 hours window before making any assumptions.

Anyway I am no osclass person but you can contact me and I may try to help you. Keep in mind that I may take 1 day or more to respond as I need to satisfy my own clients too.
