Title: ads managment

On one of my websites when I go to appearance then go to theme settings and I have an option of ads management. but on the other website I don't have the ads management. why is that?

it depends on your theme. you can interchange plugins, but sometimes a plugin is built inside the theme for ease of use, and appearance.
