I need Help in Custom Field

Hi
I created custom field and its appear when i select category on publish listing but after post publish custom field not appear it seems not filled but i filled it during publish listing. 

Can anybody solve my problem.

1. What type of CF did you create?
2. Did you try different theme? (check with factory Bender)
3. Check your error logs to find some clues (search forum how to do this & official docs at main site)
