Title: Business listing/second item-post form

I've seen this question a number of times but haven't been able to find a solution. In addition to item listings I am hoping to create a business directory on our website. This would require a unique item-post form with custom fields.

Have there been any plugins created for this or has anyone found a solution? TIA!
