Need Opinion on Best Supported Theme - Please Recommend

Hello All,

I am making a simple classified site and am currently using Bender theme but am having problems with ads displaying on mobile (posted in Bender forum but no responses yet).  I am no web guru, but can usually work my way around some code if I have direction.  That said I dont want to become a web guru either!  I have no problem paying for a good working theme.  When I look around though I get nervous about wasting money as I see quite a few themes that are for sale where people are complaining about no response from developers.

Are any of you using a theme that you can honestly recommend and know its still supported?  I really dont want to waste my money on something if its not supported by developers.

I have bought 6+ (different) themes from Osclass market but I cannot boldly recommend any one of them in particular to anyone. Most of these developers have poor support history and some of them won't reply even to your first query.

Having said that, it pays to learn to tweak any theme (paid or free) to suite your requirement. Bender is a standard theme that you can play with and make it your own.
