Title: Gum theme gives error on search page when Debug was on.

Hi folks

Gum theme gives the following error on search page when Debug was on. Also see the pic attached.

Notice: Undefined index: fk_i_region_id in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\oc-content\themes\gum\class\frm\GumSearchForm.php on line 80
Any idea how to eliminated this error.
