Title: Help...Upload Images doesnt work correctly and to large size

Sory i am newbie on this forum
i have purchase a themes a days ago,i have no contact or email on theme maker >.<
it's work correctly,but have a bug when i trying to posting a ads when iam try to upload the photos,here the problems

can anyone can help on this bugs
