  New Theme named: Osshaft_Colors.
 
A Highly responsive theme - displays nice in virtually all screens
Currently comes with 4 separate layout/appearance settings settable in admin. See the included screenshots to see what 4 appearance settings are. Easy edit css files.
10 space Super premium ads box in footer.
Search bar with Search Terms, dropdown Category, dropdown State and City, Min / Max price.
Category icons.
Return home image.
Header and footer logos.
No premium/Regular ads duplication.
Print Ad (Item) Page.

 I'm sure there are those that can and likely will find something that could be better but this is a good basic theme to start your own modifications.
