Title: URGENT PLEASE: How to disable Lightbox(zoom) and change thumbnail pics position?

Hi i want to change the layout of how the advert pics show up in the item.php page.

As I have installed two themes to choose from I have two options:

1. Realstate theme: In the advert page (item.php) would it be possible to show the thumbnail pictures on the right hand side of the main picture verticaly instead in the bottom? Is it possible to make the main image larger. See an example here: http://coolcarousels.frebsite.nl/c/11/coolcarousel.html.

or

2.Bender theme: Alternatively  how can I switch off the lightbox (no zoom) so that i have the images showing on the same page only with the action ot mouseover/mouseout as the example given before.

Please help... i cant understand how to take off the lightbox and the zooming..
