How to add Meta Title and Description in City Sub-domain Page

I am using OsclassWizards theme on my site http://www.askmeclassifieds.com/ and using city subdomain.  On all city sub domain (ex: bangalore.askmeclassifieds.com) meta title Only showing site name. I want to show meta title and description according to my City.

ex: CITY Classifieds, Post Free Ads in CITY - Ask Me Classifieds
Like this: Bangalore Classifieds, Post Free Ads in Bangalore - Ask Me Classifieds

Please help me its very urgent.
