Title: No adsense showing into empty / not item placed categories

No adsense showing into empty / not item placed categories ; I noticed that Osclass Wizards theme is showing adsense ads into categories which is not item placed yet. ( Empty ) ,
I am wondering about this may violate google adsense policy...How to disable viewing ads inside categories / subcategories which still item was not placed.

is there somebody who has solution for this? Disabling adsense under categories which has no item yet?
