Italia Azzurro Theme - Italian regions and not only

Hi!
First of all sorry for my english and second I'm not an expert of PHP and database, but I'm trying to use Osclass with Italia Azzurro Theme  . I have read on the other posts how to try to correct the italian's problem with regions and city and I fixed In some way, or I hope... because now I have correctly update the MAP OPTIONS, infact all regions is indicated (fixed file functions.php) but the problem is when I try to add an article that I'm not able to see the Italian's regions after Italy nation, how you can see in attached ERRORE.jpg file. How can solve it please? Somebody have same problems? Thank a very very much to everyone that could help me!
