Can anyone tell me if this is a theme / plugin / mod or what ?

I'd like to use it.

Member "MB Themes" https://forums.osclass.org/development/sidebar-rollover-menu-remembering-parent-category/msg38744/#msg38744 shared their code; after the member 's original post several members found code bugs / fixes  and suggested ideas / upgrades / tweaking etc.

The picture below is what I am striving for.

Of course I will be looking for "Extra Attributes" Scripts too after adding the sidebar function.

After that will be "Slider" scripts.

Even though it will be easier for me to pay for the plugins / themes, I have embarked on this project to have the perfect classifieds platform before I launch live - and before i do that - I need to know everything (almost) about how my website works / functions !!!
