There have been many complaints from the users who are trying to install osclass for local testing. They usually end up with "osclass database not found" problem for them there is a fail proof method. Provided by bitnami.

https://bitnami.com/stack/osclass -You could directly install it. without the need for installing phpmyadmin and apache (try it).
