Title: How to add/set up location selections or maps

Hello all, I'm a total newbie, have just installed osclass, and would like to learn how I can set up a site with a map or location selections like this example:

http://www.directlymedical.com/

Are there themes or plugins with that type of feature already built in? I have looked through osclass tutorials by so far have not been able to figure out how to do this with the information I have found. My new classified ads site is still being developed, and can be found at:

http://mrktguru.com/vietlist/

I would be very grateful for any and all advice, links to further tutorials/guides, or to actual themes or plugins that would allow me to achieve this result.
