How to transfer product title from one page to another page?

HI,

I am quite new with PHP so i want some solution for below conditions:

Whenever an user click on contact seller/publisher on any item page, than user must redirect to another page, which should show selected product title/id a form. This form will take all the personal details about user and after clicking on submit button all these information (including product title/id ) should mailed to site admin.


I have bender_purple theme.



if anybody know how to do it, than please let me know.
