Title: Modify user and admin automatic logout

Hi,
There have been a couple of posts referring to possible solutions but the lack of instructions does not help me to know how to use the code snippets that are provided.

If there is code, where would it go?
What line of which page?
I am not a coder so please be specific.

How would the time limit be increased to whatever amount so that the user would be logged out after 4 hours and the admin would not be logged out for a day as an example?

Is there a way for the moderator to add the posts to "General Help?"
