Title: listings aren't posting

Switched from bender to Twitter theme.  Now the paid nor free listings are posting. Can not post them. The page just keeps refreshing when I click" publish"  button. 
Using osclass 3.3.2.
Testing from a user account I setup and one my daughter set up.
Was able to post ad on bender them before I switched.
