admin console icons and text are misalligned since upgrade to 3.4.X / 3.5.X

Hi
I just upgraded from 3.0.2 to 3.4.1 (on production and tests systems)  and i noticed that the admin console icons and texts are not aligned (properly as they were in 3.0,X) since upgrade to 3.4.X
did anyone else notice that ?

P.S - I didn't see differences between 3.4X and 3.5.x .  did anyone see a major difference ?
i upgraded a test system to 3.5 and  i wonder if i should upgrade  production as well (currently 3.4.x)
