Amazon SES plugin and 3.5.3

I cannot get the amazon ses plugin to work at all with my install osclass. I use my ses account on two other sites and it works normally, but I can't get it work with osclass. I also tried the normal mail server smtp setting using amazon ses user name password and that also did not work, any ideas?

Gmail puts a cap on their emails so I don't want use that service, I'd rather pay the small amount for ses.

I am also facing problem with this plugin. I installed this plugin successfully but it is not appearing in the available plugin section.

Please Help Me.

You mean Amazon S3 plugin? https://market.osclass.org/plugins/cloud-tools/amazon-s3_12?
I managed to make it work on one of sites I worked on by adding ALL permissions to the account used.

I am to say that I want to use amazon SES email services through osclass plugin because my host is bad and all email are going to spam even password recovery mail not send. An URL is (https://market.osclass.org/plugins/e-mail/amazon-ses_126) present on OSCLASS site but it shows 404 error. You may find about Amazon SES plugin at this URL (https://blog.osclass.org/2014/11/13/new-market-new-plugins/) I want this plugin.
