[SOLVED]custom field stopped showing in ad HELP PLEASE

I am using 3.5.6 with Bender theme. I have custom field for phone number it was working then stopped showing in ad. I have attached 3 pictures. As you can see in first pic I have all categories checked. In second pic you can see custom field for phone number when placing ad, but in 3rd pic you can see phone number should be where red arrow is pointing but is not there. Can anyone tell me why it has stopped showing?

I deleted my modified bender them the uploaded original bender theme re-modified it and all is good

I just discovered that I can go into admin panel and edit an ad and enter phone number in custom field then it will show in ad. But will not show when user fills it in during posting ad.
