There might be but not one I know by heart unless GEO location plugin offers this.....?
Anyway, what I DO know for sure, all user information can be found in Admin, so if you are viewing a user in Admin you can see the IP address they use.
Also, in the oc_t_log table in Osclass DB carries user information including IP address used which you can query using phpMyAdmin for there is no plugin yet to view the logfile from within Admin.
