Installation issue:Can't insert basic configuration. Error number: 1452 Go back

Hi there,

First time osclass install, using Arvixe hosting. Every time I attempt the istall, I get the ' Can't insert basic configuration. Error number: 1452'.

Seeing other posts I have: Deleted config.php and dropped the tables each time. I have even created a new db with new name and user, same result. The tables are definitely being created, so access doesn't seem to be a problem.

Any ideas?

Hi, I "THINK" this is related to current osclass version but maybe that is already fixed, are you using latest Osclass?

If you do and it is not working first make sure ALL conditions are met. (ie. folder rights)
If then still no luck try going back to version 3.2 and then upgrade to latest version.
