SPAM AND HOTMAIL
« on: April 25, 2016, 05:44:17 am »
Hello everybody, I am desperate!

I am trying to set my new website and after facing different issues I now get fully desperate about e-mails.
I am using an hotmail account to make ads test.
Publishing the add is fine, but the problem is once a user reply to the add. The contact form reply goes always to the SPAM folder of the hotmail account. I have tried everything (or maybe not up to you). I went to the settings of hotmail and added the e-mail of sender in the not spam ones, but all the times I keep receiving the e-mails, generated from my listing website (in test), in to the Spam folder.

I am sure there is a solution you could give me to avoid this. I don't want "my future users" to avoid using their hotmail e-mail once they publish their adds on my listing website, but I also don't want to tell them that they will always have to check it in the spam folder and that there is no way to receive it in income folder.

Am I the only one facing this problem? I guess most of us have users using hotmail account to post their ads on your website, how do you do?

Hope you are going to reply, I am not a programmer or anything like that, so if you are so kind to give me answer can you also be so kind to write step by step procedure, as I am like primary stupid guy???  :D
Thanks a lot
