(solved) BUGS and ISSUES after upgrading from 3.5 TO 3.6

We are using osclass in 3 of our websites with different hosts.

From 26th January 2016 the issue started.

The user registration was blocked because RECAPTCHA failed to work (Error - could not open socket). We tried with new KEYS, no use. Then only we found that MARKET PLACE is missing in the admin.

Admin section notified for UPGRADE we done it. Even though several header notifications like THEME UPDATE are still present though the theme is updated.

After update the following are the issues.

1. Both ADMIN and the website is very very dead slow speed. In admin its UNBEARABLE SLOW.

2. Market Place disconnected. "The connection with the Osclass market has failed. Try it later."
So we tried to CONNECT with MARKET ACCOUNT of OSCLASS - But no use its not connecting and a popup notification says

"Sorry, the market is currently unavailable. Please try again in a few moments"

 Nearly 100 times we tried to connect - But up to now we unable to connect.

3. When we work with admin panel all the pages are returning with 500 Server error and only if we reload the error page we are able to see the page and we can do modifications.

4. Recaptcha in spam and bots settings WILL NOT WORK and block the registration with an error message "Could not open socket".

5. Already created CUSTOM FIELDS in admin will not display the DATA in the website.

All those 3 portals are with same errors though the hosting are different

So those who starts fresh with OSCLASS 3.6 will be good . But those who upgrade from 3.5 to 3.6, its REALLY A BAD TIME.

I have upgraded from 3.5.9 to 3.6 and i don't see the slowness or the errors.

5 high traffic Osclass sites.

I bet that if you enable DEBUG you will see the cause of your problems.

Even after enabling DEBUG mode - the issues are alive.

In debug.log no errors found

Exactly saying - Even a fresh installation test without any backup has the same fore mentioned issues.

- During any important settings and modification in admin 500 Server error will happen
- Slow and site speed is worst
- Recaptcha will not work - Error: Could not open socket
- Market or Market account will not be connected.
- Custom fields issues.

We can say up to 3.5 Osclass is excellent.

Debug is not solving anything, just gives the information.

If there are no errors, then it is a hosting problem. What else could be ?

There are not that many changes in 3.6.0 that could cause any issues with performance. Could be related to Softaculous and your particular hosting somehow.

I feel this may be the reason for the above issue.

I do not know how to proceed with or to solve. Help appreciated.

There is a double "//" !!! Not sure from where it comes, maybe from a plugin ?

Proceed with switching to default theme (bender) and disabling all plugin you may have.

I am using osclasswizards theme http://market.osclass.org/themes/general/osclasswizards-free-responsive-theme_238

In that, Ad management section is there. So when we add some codes it use to repeat.

I think some file is missing

As my site is operating as a OPENSOURCE nonprofit resource, i have no way to escape without solving the issue.

I think i need to learn more...

I told you: switch to bender and disable any plugins.

(jquery-ui-1.8.20.custom.css  is not in the stock version of Osclass)

I tried disabling the PLUGINS already two to three times.  But not lucky.

site address removed towards security reasons

In the latest listing you shall find some custom field is present but there is no data though user provided the data.

But in the first posting you shall find the same custom field with proper data.

I have also disabled the RECAPTCHA for spam and bots, because its not working and finally user registration failed. After disabling the RECAPTCHA, now the users are able to register.

from 26th January and up to now i am facing this issue.

Recent update :  I found that the plugin CUSTOM ATTRIBUTES need a RE ENABLE .. Due to that issue those custom fields and data are missing. But my issue is if i click any link in the ADMIN panel it loads for a long time and finally results in 500 server error. After getting this error if we reload (refresh) the the page which we want to edit is possible and after modification, if we save .. again it will say 500 server error. but the operation will be saved any way. Due to this RIGID Situation, i am unlucky to make wise decisions in troubleshooting.

Recent update:  I am going to try again by enabling BENDER theme and by re-uploading 3 plugins. You tube video plugin, Digital Goods plugin, and Custom Attributes plugin.

I will do this within some minutes and will get back to this forum. Thank You

Recent Update: There is no possibilities to recover. So i am going to change the hosting and i believe a fresh installation may help to get recovered.

As per his suggestion, just i migrated the site to the new hosting with same backup. All those errors are gone ... There everything is working well and fine.    I was worried much as this portal is related to social welfare.

I think I disturbed him much.

And yes, most of the problems people post here are hosting problems. But usually they don't want to hear it and get angry.
