Can't perform any action after upgrade to 3.6.1

Hi all,

I've just upgraded my installation to 3.6.1 only to discover that I can't undertake any action now on the site.

I can't ...
- Login
- Logout
- Edit anything in admin panel
- even enter site into maintenance mode

Trying to make any action results in a blank page.

I've provided my error log below, I'm hoping someone can help me.

Download the latest version again : https://osclass.org/page/download
And replace all the files with the new version.
Looks like oc-includes/osclass/classes/RSSFeed.php is corrupted or something
