I have done and that will work

are the following possible to do?

1) Change contact publisher to have /apply for job role after publisher
I changed the theme.po file to include the extra wording but has not changed on the website

2) Is it possible to add in a job role field in the form?

You have to upload new theme.po and theme.mo

Everything is possible, but that would need some coding. I think the cheapest option is to use the enclosed "Phone Number" for that. Change legend using Poedit and change also your email_item_inquiry Email template (something such as "Job role: {USER_PHONE}").

got both issues sorted now

where do I go to only allow doc, docx and pdf files to be uploaded using the contact publisher form? is it in the settings in the admin side?
