Direct Publish Listing

How i can change the setting for item direct publishing? ex: user post a listing. Admin no need to verify. It will need directly on home screen. can you help me?

Hi,

Just keep unchecked "Users have to validate their listings" on Admin Dashboard / Listings / Settings. And of course, if you're using More Edit plugin, uncheck "Moderate all ads (admins have to moderate them)".

Its already unchecked "Users have to validate their listings", and i am not using More edit plugin.  , What i will do?

Please describe exactly what happens when you post an ad. You click on Publish button and then?

If one user post an ad. It will not showing on home page. In Admin section that ad status is Block.I need to  unblock. After i unblock the ad it will go home screen.
