I am new to Osclass. But I love the web app and it seems really good right out of the box.
Even the plugins work great including the QR code and PDF.
SOME of the Categories I have run 2 levels deep and I want to restrict the user to only allow to post their items on the 2nd level category, not the first level.
Currently they are able to select either 1st level sub-category or 2nd level-category using a dropdown menu from the WizEstate theme (which i have converted into a regular classified ad that is not real estate related)
For example:
Main Category -> 1st Level sub-category -> 2nd Level sub-category
Car (Main Category) -> Honda (1st Level sub-category) -> Civic (2nd Level sub-category)
**** I would like users posting to only post to Civic (2nd Level sub-category) ******
**** This means Car (Main Category) -> Honda (1st Level sub-category) are not selectable on the dropdown list *****
Basically I would like a rule where the last sub-category created in each tier are the only ones that the user posting can select.
Therefore is there is a tier that only have 1st Level sub-category then the user can select that.
Hopefully this is clear enough explanation as I am the second or third person to request help on this situation - which the other posts had no answer.
