How to link City Area with City in osclass ?

Can anyone show me the changes that i have to make in the city area table for the linkage to city table.  I dont understand how osclass has only 3 levels for locations by default, in many countries this is not enough.

Also if is posible what is the code that i need to display the dropdown for City Areas, the same as Country, Regions and City.

It would be great if Osclass supported one more level on locations as to have just 3 is very limiting for most countries.
