mail server not working

Sir i have filled all the details required in the custom mail server setting but the mails are not going out.
and i have also talked to my mail provider or the hosting company about this issue so they have uploaded the mailscript from which the mail is working but from the osclass the mail is not working.

There are no problems with Osclass mail sending, UNLESS (in some cases) you try to use Gmail as smtp.

Sir i have using gmail as smtp but still the mails are not sending.And sir from the hosting they have uploaded a mailscript php file so then the mail is working but from the osclass the mail are not sending.So what should i do to resolve this error.

Gmail should not be used, we have talked about that in the forums (search).

Use your provider's smtp & POP3.

Sir i m not using gmail for sending i m using the credentials provided by the hosting provider.Please help sir.
