Mail Server Setting

Hello !
   
     I was faced a issue about mail server in my website. There is no receive or send email from my website when the customer is register or contact to us . I'd try so many ways to configure mail sever setting from this forums but it is still not working.
   
     This is my Mail Server Setting.


    Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
    Server port: 465
    Username: mymail@gmail.com
    Passsword: admin123
    Encryption: SSL
    Check box for SMTP authentication : checked

  Please help me out of this problem
