Messages not going to emialids of sellers !

I have set up an online classified site on localhost through wamp server using the OsclassWizards 2.0.4 . When a buyer sends a message to the seller , the seller never gets it by mail or anything else . Please help !

of course since your are on a localhost

on Windows, you can use a helper software to send emails

once installed, you can choose to either send them through third-party SMTP server
or have all emails being dumped to text files on your localhost disk
