My images are all different sizes

Hi all.

My site has now go live and I would like to get this issue solved before it begins getting very busy.
The images on my site are not being forced into the same sizes as per what I have set.

I don't know if I maybe selected a wrong setting?

Is theme related or if it is an OsClass direct issue maybe?

I have tried everything to get my images to all be the same size but it seems this isn't being forced.

Theme used:
Baishakh 1.0.1 by OsclassWizards

Running OsClass 3.6.1

Please take a look at the attached image and let me know what might be my issue.
I would like to get the images to be the same size as the no image, image.
