no 404 page

Can anyone help me to configure 404 page/ I am using real estate theme.

Give me default .htaccess file code, i guess it is problem with it.

in you generate an "info.php" and upload it to your root directory, then access it

http://www.yourdomain.com/info.php ----------- if you can access this file and show you your php info

then it is not a .htaccess issue

also, i do not have .htaccess file on my server and i am using the WizEstate theme and it works fine.
