Oh, I didn't understand you, thought you was talking about the layout (moving custom fields to another position on the user side).

Currently there's no way to do what you want on Admin Dashboard. If you still haven't any ads, you could alter their order directly in the database (table oc_t_meta) using PhpMyAdmin.

In both places.

That might be complicated. Write here your custom fields (specified by slug -Identifier name) in the order you have them now. Then another list in the other you would like to have.
