User registration does not work

Hello,

I have a page : www.cttww.com, since 2 weeks i have no new registered users, upon i saw from statistic that they try to register. I checkd and without giving any error, when i want to register i will receive message ooops,but cant register..no reasons why,,just not allowing. anyone has such problem? i use 3.6.1
