Hello, how can i add multilanguage but without changing the listing title and description to the second language? (it should be only 1 language)

I want to add English language translation but just for category names, menus and other text i want to translate. Currently if you add english language and user changes to english all listing titles descriptions and searching will be in english, if you search for a listing it will not show listings with another language but english. i want to show users just english translations for categories menus and some other text i want(example if language=english show this text) is this possible with some plugin?

Not possible by design, but I think there was a core mod by SmaRTeY here, search forum little. Not sure if it still works, though.
