Help with Translation [Solved]

Hello everyone,

Im currently using the theme called: Zara theme.

I translated all the po files and now i have two situations that i can't get a way to translate them.

1º Situation / 1 word - I can't translate the "Public profile" that you can see in the picture 1 / Extra information about the picture 1: I opened the inspection tool that Google Chrome has to try to know its location.
2º Situation / titles - How can i change that type of titles that you can see in the picture 2

Curiosity information: the language that i translated to, its portuguese.

I would like to know if i need to change in a specific file or something.

if not find (Public profile) in file language
open file functions.php in your theme and search (Public profile) so translate
