How to disable register

Hi!!!
I have a problem with spam users ..
Captcha v2 does not work .. it all started after using the bitfinder theme and I do not want to start a new install again.
Now I'm using the bender theme
I found that if I deleted the register.php .. would solve the problem .. but wrong .. continue ..
If I leave only the login with facebook .. it continues spam users.
I use ban rules. I put mandatory field. I put hide submit with required field .. and I continue spam users..

You can't just delete PHP files like that. this is absurd.

Disable register from the admin menu (Users / User Settings / Turn of Anyone can Register).

But seeing all your topics, you seem to have no idea what you do. Also you don't update the topics we have replied.

So, we can't possibly help you more.

Also in your capture i see only users registered and NO ads posted, so why do you care ? No harm done.

You can fix that enabling that users must VALIDATE their accounts (Users need to validate their account ).

Bots don't validate their registrations.
