Osclass database server is not available. Need more help?

Hey all,
I am using osclass from last 5 month for my website URL(http://www.classifind.in), but suddenly I am getting an error message that shows Osclass database server is not available. Need more help?.......
What should I do to solve it?
Moreover, I want to change the domain of website www.classifind.in to my.classifind.in with all database(including user and items as it is). But first I have to solve the error...(defined above).
*_i talked my hoster about these they say this as application error and they suggest me to talk to the developer.
*_i Changed the line Osclass database server is not available. Need more help? to custom, as I want my customers back.
*_please suggest a change with a proper file path that can reduce confusion between communication and help us to meet direct solution.

take a look in your config.php and re-enter your database credentials

Hey thanks for your response I get it thank you for your guidance and now I want to move the website to my.classifind.in from classifind.in please help me with that.

maybe there are changed the permissions of this file or saved incorrect...

• what is the actually chmod of this file
• which editor did you used to edit this file

try to edit config-sample.php with your database credentials and save it again as config.php

To do that you need to create a subdomain and copy all the files in there. Also the url should change in osclass config.php. It is actually very simple.

but when I tried to do it, shows ERROR 403 and I was not able to do it.
Is it cause of themes and plugins installed? I mean dashboard of osclass can prevent it cause of user-friendly permalinks and all.
And do I need to reinstall osclass in a subdomain?
*_please let me know the step by step solution of moving file and installation of themes and plugins...

Error 403 means Forbidden, could be an empty folder or missing index or permissions problems (or many other things).

The steps are simple. Create the subdomain and COPY the whole directory items within (and directories). Nothing to do with themes and plugins.

And no, you don't need to reinstall anything. Just change in Osclass config.php the domain to the subdomain in WEB_PATH.
